1. The hardness does not meet the requirements. The reason is that the quenching temperature is low or the cooling rate is slow. We should choose a slightly higher quenching temperature, use a medium with high cooling performance, and avoid the accumulation of rolling pins during cooling.

2. The metallographic structure is unqualified. If the quenching temperature is too high or the holding time is too long, or the cooling process cannot be fully and evenly cooled, it will cause the appearance of structural defects. We should appropriately lower the quenching temperature and shorten the cooling time.
