The screw is an important part of the injection molding machine. Its role is to transport, compact, melt, stir, and apply pressure to plastics. All these are done by the rotation of the screw inside the barrel. The wear of the screw will cause the screw to slip, which will lead to degradation of the material before injection, product quality will decline and the molding cycle will be extended.

The quality of the screw determines the quality of the product. Quenching the screw of the injection molding machine can increase the hardness of the screw surface, which makes it more wear resistant and increases the service life. Our super audio frequency 160KW induction heating machine and CNC induction hardening machine tool can be used in induction quenching screw.

And the induction quenching effect is very good. The injection molding machine screw has a certain length. So we design the induction coil according to its size. And our induction hardening machine tool can accurately heat the screw and spray cooling through the lifting mechanism. Our induction heating machine can be set the heating temperature and time, so the heating is more accurate and the quality of the screw is very high.
