The medium frequency induction heating equipment is used to quench the blade of the harvester. The heating speed is very fast, and the required temperature can be reached in a few seconds, which avoids the occurrence of oxidation and decarburization, and ensures the quenching effect of the blade of the harvester. After quenching, there is a layer of 3-5mm hardened layer on the surface of the harvester blade. It is this layer of hardened layer that greatly improves the hardness and wear resistance of the blade, which meets the needs of the work.
