As a common part in machinery, gears must bear huge friction during work. Many manufacturers use high-frequency induction heating machines to quench and heat-treat gears, and the quenching effect is particularly good. The high-frequency induction heating machines produced by our company are not only very popular in China, but also exported to India, Brazil, Australia and other countries and regions.
Advantages of high frequency induction heating machine
1. Complete protection: there are alarm indications such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and water shortage, and automatic control and protection.
2. IGBT module is used to save energy and electricity: it saves 30% electricity compared with tube type, and saves electricity 20% compared with thyristor intermediate frequency.
3. Fast heating speed: induction heating, no oxide layer, small deformation.
4. Small size: split structure, light weight, easy to move and install.
5. Environmental protection: no pollution, noise and dust.
6. The effect is good: the heating is very uniform (you can also adjust the density of the induction coil to make each part of the workpiece obtain the required temperature), the temperature rises quickly, the oxide layer is small, and there is no waste after quenching.
7. The temperature and heating time can be precisely controlled, and the processing quality is high.
8. Strong adaptability: it can heat various workpieces.
Applications of high frequency induction heating machine
1. Diathermy heat forming
A. Hot rolling and hot rolling of various standard fasteners and other mechanical parts, hardware tools, straight shank twist drills. Round steel with a diameter of 16mm can be extruded after heating for about 3-5 seconds.
B. Heating and annealing metal materials, stretching, embossing and so on. Such as steel pipe stretching, bending, hammering, iron wire, steel wire heating nail making, annealing, stretching, and expansion of stainless steel products.
2. Brazing
Welding of all kinds of hard alloy cutter heads, turning tools, milling cutters, planers, reamers, diamond saw blades and saw teeth. Welding of grinding tools, drilling tools and cutting tools. Composite welding of other metal materials. Such as brass, copper parts, valves, stainless steel pot bottoms, etc.
3. Heat treatment
Surface, inner hole, partial or overall quenching, annealing, tempering, etc. Such as hammers, knives, scissors, pliers and various shafts, cams, sprockets, gears, valves, ball studs, etc. And the quenching of large machine tool guide rails and ductile iron, many foreign manufacturers of sprockets and machine tool guide rails have adopted our equipment for heat treatment.
4. Metal smelting
Such as smelting gold, silver, copper, etc.
5. Other heating fields
Heating film for plastic pipes, cables and wires. Aluminum foil sealing used in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, preheating expansion of metal, etc.
