The disc is quenched and heat-treated by supersonic frequency induction hardening equipment, the quenching temperature is 890±10°C, the quenching time is 40-45s, oil cooling, and then tempering heat treatment at 200°C. After this heat treatment, the hardness of the disc reaches 53-62HRC, which meets the needs of the work. Even better, the heating speed of the equipment is very fast, which effectively avoids the occurrence of oxidation and decarburization, and ensures the quality of quenching.
