Crankshaft hardening by high frequency induction heating equipment

Crankshaft hardening by high frequency induction heating equipment

The crankshaft is one of the most important parts in the internal combustion engine. It forms the power position of the engine with parts such as the cylinder, piston and connecting rod. The crankshaft is subjected to huge friction during the working process. In order to meet its working performance requirements, we usually use high-frequency induction heating equipment for quenching heat treatment. Zhengzhou Gou's is a leader in the induction heating industry. The equipment it produces is small in size and easy to operate. It not only sells well in China, but also sells to Brazil, Mexico, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Czech Republic, Belgium and other countries and regions. Loved by people.

When the crankshaft is quenched by high-frequency induction heating equipment, the crankshaft shaft diameter is quenched in turn, and the quenching temperature is 860-900°C, and the heating rate is low. Self-tempering treatment is carried out at 300°C, while the tempering process in the furnace is (180-220)*(1.5-2)h, and the hardness after tempering is 52-57HR.

Advantages of high frequency induction heating equipment

1. The high-frequency induction heating equipment adopts IGBT module, which saves energy and electricity: it saves 30% electricity compared with electronic tube type, and saves electricity 20% compared with thyristor intermediate frequency.

2. Small size: split structure, light weight, easy to move and install.

3. The temperature and heating time can be precisely controlled, and the processing quality is high.

4. Environmental protection: no pollution, noise and dust.

5. Fast heating speed: induction heating, no oxide layer, small deformation.

6. The effect is good: the heating is very uniform (you can also adjust the density of the induction coil to make each part of the workpiece obtain the required temperature), the temperature rises quickly, the oxide layer is small, and there is no waste after quenching.

Other applications of high frequency induction heating equipment

1. Hot heading of various high-strength bolts and nuts

2. Quenching of various axle shafts, leaf springs, shift forks, valves, rocker arms, ball studs and other auto parts.

3. Quenching of various gears, sprockets and shafts.

4. Quenching of various internal combustion engine parts and deceleration surface parts.

5. Welding of various picks, drill bits, drill pipes, coal drill bits, air drill bits and other mining equipment.

6. Quenching of hand tools such as pliers, knives and scissors, axes and hammers.

7. Welding of various hard alloy cutter heads and saw blades

8. Welding of various diamond composite drill bits
