This Korean customer ordered our company's IGBT all-solid-state medium frequency heating power supply to meet the demand for stamping steel annealing equipment. At that time, the customer was very satisfied with the annealing effect, so he decided to buy this equipment soon!
Speaking of this experiment, I would like to thank our technical staff in particular. In order to make the experiment better, they prepared for a long time. For the specific dimensions of machines, supporting equipment, and stamping steel, they are carefully prepared according to customer requirements. So the experiment worked out pretty well. When annealed, stamped steel heats up quickly without any mechanical failure.
Our equipment has adjusted the appropriate processing frequency and time before the stamping steel is annealed, so the whole process can be automatically controlled, not to mention how convenient it is! In addition, during annealing, only the end of the stamped steel needs to be heated and annealed, so local heating must be realized. It just so happens that our technicians can customize an induction coil of the right size for this Korean customer, and the local heating can be done!
