When it performs quenching heat treatment on the walking wheel, the heating speed is very fast, which effectively avoids the phenomenon of oxidation and decarburization of the walking wheel during the quenching process, ensures the quenching effect of the walking wheel, and makes the hardened surface of the walking wheel after quenching. The thicker ductile area has better compressive internal stress, which makes the fatigue resistance and breaking capacity of the road wheel higher. What's better is that it can carry out local quenching heat treatment on the traveling wheel, and can also carry out overall quenching heat treatment, which can meet the heating requirements of different customers.
