Working principle of medium frequency induction heating equipment

The electromagnetic field effect is used to heat the blank (gear, sprocket heating and quenching) in the induction coil! What is used is that the billet generates an induced current in the alternating magnetic field generated in the magnetic field, thereby generating Joule heat to heat the billet (gear shaft quenching equipment, sprocket quenching equipment, high-frequency quenching equipment)! The distribution of this induced current on the workpiece is uneven, it is strong on the surface, but weak inside, and close to 0 in the center. Using this skin effect, the surface of the workpiece can be heated rapidly. For quenching, the surface of the billet can be rapidly cooled by immersing it in water after rapid heating to achieve the purpose of hardening the surface!
