The steel ring is a vulnerable part on the textile machine. It is a special part for winding and twisting cotton, wool, silk, silk and chemical fiber threads. During the working process, although the steel ring itself does not rotate, it still has to bear huge friction. Therefore, we usually require the steel ring to have high hardness, good wear resistance and anti-seize properties. In order to meet its working requirements, we used to perform carbonitriding heat treatment on steel rings. However, steel rings always have defects of one kind or another during use. After analyzing the causes of the defects, we found that using a medium frequency induction heating machine for heat treatment had good results and met the work requirements.
