The American customer this time is specialized in the production and manufacture of twist drills. The diameter of twist drills is about 27mm. The customer requires 20 welds per minute, and the length of the welding table is 1 meter. According to the customer's welding requirements, we recommended our high-frequency induction heating equipment to the customer.

Using high-frequency induction heating equipment to weld twist drills, the heating speed is fast and the efficiency is high. The non-contact induction heating method is adopted, the temperature of the weld is uniform, the appearance is beautiful, there is no crack, and the quality of the weldment is excellent. During the welding process, the equipment starts quickly, and parameters such as voltage, current, and heating power can be monitored in real time. In addition, there are multiple warning lights on the panel, which can detect overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating during the operation, lack of water, lack of water, etc., give timely protection, the warning light is on and the power protection circuit is automatically cut off.
