The crankshaft is an important part of the car. Its formation requires a series of complex processes, such as heating, billet making, pre-forging, die forging, trimming, thermal correction, post-forging residual heat quenching, etc. In order to make this series of operations more mechanized and intelligent, we have developed a 75KJ+125KJ program-controlled fully hydraulic die forging hammer and crankshaft joint die forging production line composed of medium frequency induction heating equipment.

The details of the 75KJ+125KJ program-controlled fully hydraulic die forging hammer and crankshaft combined die forging production line are as follows:

1. Heating: medium frequency induction heating equipment, 1200kw, 1000Hz, push rod type, automatic temperature detection, automatic blank sorting.

2. Blank making and pre-forging: 75kJ program-controlled fully hydraulic die forging hammer, working steps: rolling, pre-forging or rolling and bending.

3. Die forging: 125kJ program-controlled fully hydraulic die forging hammer, working step: final forging.

4. Trimming: 5MN mechanical press.

5. Thermal correction: 8MN hydraulic correction machine.

6. After-forging residual heat quenching: suspended after-forging residual heat quenching tank, PAG water-soluble quenching medium.

It can forge crankshafts of less than 45kg, manual operation, and the cycle productivity is 70 pieces/h-100 pieces/h.

Note: When using a program-controlled fully hydraulic die forging hammer to produce crankshafts, the billet making process uses rolling. It can reduce diameter and length, and can also aggregate materials, but the labor intensity is high.
