Bearing Steel Induction Hardening

The bearing steel is used to make steel balls, rollers and bearing rings. Bearing steel has high and uniform hardness and wear resistance and high elastic limit. Bearings are important basic parts of various types of machinery and equipment. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, to reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and to ensure its rotation accuracy. Its quality plays a decisive role in the accuracy, performance, longevity and reliability of the host.

So bearing steel induction hardening is very essential for improving bearing surface's hardeness and strength. As for induction hardening bearing steel,  induction heating generator is a very suitable machine. And CNC induction hardening machine tool should be equipped with the heating generator when the bearing steel has large diameter and length.

Because of the induction heating machine with an automated temperature control system, the induction heating temperature can be controlled accurately. Since the hardening machine tool can control automatically workpiece rotational speed, moving speed and so on, the bearing steel can be evenly heated and then cooled at a very fast speed. And the induction hardening quality is very good to meet requirements.
