Aluminum Strip Induction Annealing

Aluminum strip is a kind of the aluminum product, which is an important industrial raw materials. Today, its use is quite wide, including the use of blinds, transformers, optical cable, cable, aluminum-plastic composite pipe, etc.

The production process of aluminum strip is also very particular. Its raw material is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy. These raw materials are cast-rolled and hot-rolled into aluminum coils, and then cold-rolled by cold-rolling mill to make different sizes of sheet aluminum coils. And then these sheets of aluminum should go through the slitting machine to be cut into different width of the aluminum strips.

The hot-rolled process and cold-rolled process need the induction annealing. Our medium frequency induction heating machine can be used for aluminum strip annealing. After this annealing heat treatment, the residual stress of aluminum strip is eliminated and the plasticity, toughness, yield and other properties can be improved significantly. And the aluminum strip is very easy to shape for processing with anti-fatigue, anti-corrosion and other advantages. In this way, the aluminum strip is easy to continue the re-processing, and made of aluminum products.
